How do I set up MonitorWorkspace?

Setup requires creating a service account in your Google Cloud project and configuring domain-wide delegation in your Workspace Admin Console. Our setup guide walks you through each step in about 10 minutes.

Can I monitor users without them knowing?

MonitorWorkspace accesses data via domain-wide delegation, so users are not individually notified. However, you must comply with applicable employment and privacy laws, which may require notifying employees that monitoring occurs. Consult legal counsel to ensure compliance.

Is my organization's data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Service account credentials are stored encrypted. We use email allowlist access control, audit logging, and comply with OWASP ASVS security standards. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you exceed the user count for your plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Email transfers and chat exports are limited per month on Business plans — when you hit the limit, you can either wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited transfers/exports.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or years. You can request a data export before canceling.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial of the Professional tier with access to Gmail monitoring, Chat monitoring, and Audit logging. No credit card required. The trial is limited to 25 users.
