Lokentra at the 2026 Missouri K-12 Leadership Conference
Lokentra is attending the Missouri K-12 Leadership Conference in April 2026 with Platinum Partner BuzzClan. Here is what we are showing — a RAG-powered district chatbot and Google Workspace management built for K-12 IT teams.
This month, Lokentra is attending the Missouri K-12 Leadership Conference with Platinum Partner BuzzClan.
We will be at the booth showing two things that address the same underlying problem: K-12 IT teams are understaffed, under-resourced, and handed tools designed for enterprise companies that have nothing in common with how a school district actually operates.
What We Are Showing
Lokentra Chatbot — District Website Intelligence
We scanned every public school district website in Missouri before coming to this conference. Of 556 districts with public-facing websites, exactly five have a chatbot today. That means 99% of Missouri districts are using their front office staff as their search function.
The Lokentra chatbot is a RAG-powered conversational assistant that learns from your public website content and answers parent questions automatically — enrollment windows, bus routes, schedule changes, event registration, whatever is already on your site. It works on Apptegy, WordPress, Finalsite, and 40+ other K-12 platforms. One script tag. No CMS credentials, no IT tickets.
Every query has a defined outcome: confident answers come from your content directly, partial matches surface your best answer plus a contact prompt, and anything sensitive or off-topic escalates to a form or a live handoff. The system does not hallucinate. It does not answer questions it was not trained to answer.
It is multilingual — English and Spanish out of the box, with automatic language detection. Zero student PII is collected. FERPA-compliant by design.
Conference offer: Every district that signs up at the booth or via QR code gets a 30-day free demo — a personalized chatbot built automatically from their public website, delivered to their inbox within minutes. Three districts will win Year 1 fully free, drawn after the conference.
MonitorWorkspace — Google Workspace Administration for K-12
The second thing we are showing is MonitorWorkspace, which handles the administrative side of Google Workspace that the Admin Console was never designed to do cleanly.
K-12 districts have some of the most demanding Google Workspace management challenges of any sector: hundreds or thousands of accounts turning over seasonally, FERPA audit requirements, departing staff whose email history needs to be preserved and transferred, groups that accumulate stale memberships over years, and license costs that grow without anyone noticing which accounts are active.
MonitorWorkspace gives K-12 IT teams a single dashboard to monitor all accounts, transfer email before deprovisioning, export chat history for compliance, audit group health across the domain, and generate the audit trail FERPA asks for. Everything is logged automatically. Nothing requires GAM scripts or Admin Console gymnastics.
We are also announcing our Google OAuth app verification and CASA certification this week. Both are relevant for K-12 procurement: verified apps simplify allowlisting in the Admin Console, and CASA certification gives technology coordinators documented evidence of third-party security assessment to bring to their board or IT department.

MonitorWorkspace for K-12 is available at education pricing — approximately $0.50/user/year for districts qualifying by domain. FERPA-compliant audit logging, email transfers, chat exports, and group health management are all included.
The education page has the full pricing breakdown. .edu and .k12 domains qualify automatically.
