How do we qualify for education pricing?
Sign up with a .edu domain and you're automatically qualified — no paperwork needed. For K-12 districts without .edu addresses, our SLED team can verify your institution manually. During the beta, all education institutions get immediate access.
Do we need to upgrade our Google Workspace plan?
No. MonitorWorkspace works alongside your existing Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals (free) plan. There's no need to upgrade to Standard or Plus.
Can we pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Our SLED contracting team handles PO processing, NET-30/60 invoicing, and W-9 documentation. We're also available on Texas cooperative contracts and other state purchasing vehicles.
Is MonitorWorkspace FERPA-compliant?
Yes. We provide a Data Processing Agreement, maintain audit logs of all data access, and support timely deprovisioning workflows. Security questionnaire available on request.
What about small institutions?
The Free tier covers up to 50 users — enough for many small colleges, vocational schools, and charter schools. If you have a .edu domain, you qualify for education pricing regardless of institution size.
Do you support multi-domain environments?
Yes. Many districts have separate domains for staff and students, or multiple schools under one Workspace tenant. MonitorWorkspace works across your entire domain structure.
