How do we qualify for nonprofit pricing?
During the beta, nonprofit pricing is available on the honor system — just select “Nonprofit” when you sign up. After launch, we'll verify status through TechSoup or a valid 501(c)(3) EIN.
Does the Free tier really cover small nonprofits?
Yes. Many nonprofits have fewer than 10 Google Workspace users. The Free tier includes user monitoring, group health, admin audit, and a 7-day data window — no credit card, no time limit.
Why annual billing only?
Most nonprofits budget annually. Annual billing simplifies accounting and gives you a predictable cost to include in grant budgets. You're billed once per year based on your user count.
Do we keep our free Google Workspace plan?
