Per-user pricing that scales with your team. We auto-detect your active users via the Google Workspace License API.
Per-User Billing
Billed monthly based on your active license count. We check your peak active user count each month via the License API and adjust your bill accordingly. All paid plans require a 12-month minimum commitment.
Add-on Packs
Email transfer and chat download packs are one-time purchases available to Pro subscribers. Buy only the credits you need — they don't expire while your subscription is active. Business plan includes unlimited transfers and exports.
FAQ
How are active users counted?
We query the Google Workspace License API to count users with active licenses in your domain. We charge based on the peak active user count during each billing month. Suspended accounts are not counted.
What is transparent monitoring?
On the Free tier, email and chat monitoring shows metadata (sender, subject, timestamps) but message content is redacted. Monitored users are notified when their account is reviewed. Pro and above unlocks full content with silent monitoring.
Do pack credits expire?
No — email transfer and chat download credits remain valid as long as your Pro subscription is active. If you cancel or downgrade, unused credits are forfeited. Credits are non-refundable.
What is the 12-month minimum?
Paid plans (Pro and Business) require a 12-month commitment. You're billed monthly based on your active user count, but you agree to maintain the subscription for at least 12 months. After 12 months, you can cancel at any time.
What happens when I cancel?
After your 12-month minimum, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You can downgrade to the Free tier (up to 10 users) instead of canceling entirely. Early cancellation may be subject to the remaining commitment balance.
Do I need a credit card for the Free tier?
No. The Free tier is completely free with no credit card required. You can use it indefinitely for up to 10 users. Upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.
What's included in audit log history?
Every admin action is logged — who viewed what, when, and from where. The history window controls how far back you can view in the dashboard: 7 days (Free), 30 days (Pro), 90 days (Business), 1 year (Enterprise). All data is stored indefinitely.
Should I pick Pro + packs or Business?
If you only need occasional email transfers or chat exports, Pro with add-on packs is cheaper. If you need more than ~15 transfers or exports regularly, Business gives you unlimited access and may save money overall.
